DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders within Singapore over S$500 enjoy complimentary shipping. Every courier delivery comes with standard tracked shipping, and your tracking link will be sent to your email the moment your piece is dispatched.

Dispatches take place during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday. As each Lovato piece is made to order, please allow 4–8 weeks for our artisans to bring it to life. We'll reach out personally once your piece is complete and ready — whether for collection or shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Lovato ships to most international destinations. If you're ordering from outside Singapore, we invite you to reach out before placing your order so we can confirm the shipping method and pricing together. We typically ship via DHL, though we're happy to discuss alternatives if you'd prefer. Please note that any duties or taxes applied by your destination country remain the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

As every Lovato piece is made to order — cut, set, and finished by hand for you — we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We warmly encourage you to reach out to our team with any questions before ordering, so we can help ensure the piece you choose is exactly right for you.

That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Should any issue arise with your bespoke piece, we will work with you closely to find a resolution, considered thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.
